Machinarium Retail Patch Released

Machinarium_update_releasedAmanita Design has announced the release of the first patch for their well received adventure game Machinarium. The update brings several bug fixes, and is offered for Windows, Mac and Linux.

The download weighs in at around 25 MB and is available now via The Patches Scrolls. Note that this is the retail patch, so if you have a digital copy be patient.

All Aspect Warfare, Angle of Attack Updates Released

All_Aspect_Warfare_DIY3000AD has released a couple of patches for their action shooter All Aspect Warfare and it’s standalone aerial combat expansion Angle of Attack. The games put you in the shoes of a group of elite combat marines who have crash landed on enemy planet the squad was meant to destroy.

The titles offer fast and furious gameplay in both first and third person perspective, with a host of ground, naval and air assets at players’ disposal.

The Patches Scrolls is hosting both the All Aspect Warfare file and the Angle of Attack file. Full notes after the break.

AI War Hits 2.0, Demo Too

AI_War_v2_Released_DemoArcen Games’ excellent high unit space RTS title AI War: Fleet Command has reached the v2.0 milestone, adding new visual effects, improved graphics on over 50 ships and maybe best of all, Steam support.

The game is available now on Valve’s playpen, offering 129 steam achievements as well as everything else that comes with the 2.0 update. What’s better, those who’ve already purchased the game will be able to use their product key to gain access to the Steam version at no extra cost.

Depths of Peril v1.015 Update and Demo Released

Depths_of_Peril_update_releasedSoldak Entertainment has released a new update for their fantasy action RPG Depths of Peril, now available for download and on Steam. The patch brings the game to v1.015, adding several fixes, tweaks and improvements to the game.

Highlights include a tweak that allows for the player to give food/potions to people from other covenants when adventuring together, fixing some issues with spell mastery and reducing the difficulty of the kidnapping quest.

Steam users simply need to restart the client to apply the update, those who purchased else where can download the patch from GamersHell, an updated demo has been released as well.

Gratuitous Space Battles v1.17 Beta Update Released

GratSpaceBat_ScreenPositech has released the latest beta version of their upcoming space simulation title Gratuitous Space Battles, now available on Impulse.

The v1.17 beta release brings a number of updates including bug fixes, updated UI elements and more. The change log is available in the history tab on Impulse.

Those who pre-purchase the game on Stardock’s digital distribution client do so at a slight discount off the standard price and gain immediate access to the beta.

X3: Gold Edition Released, Terran Conflict Updated

X3_Gold_Edition_01Developer Egosoft has announced the release of X3: Gold, a two game, one soundtrack package now available for purchase on Steam. The discounted strategy simulation bundle contains both X3: Reunion and X3: Terran Conflict as well as the official Terran Conflict soundtrack.

The bundle is built for savings, running $20 less than the price of the games individually–and more specifically costing the exact same as Terran Conflict by itself. Speaking of which, the game has been updated to v2.5, bringing a sizable list of fixes, additions and improvements to the game.

Grappling Hook Updated to Version 1.05

ghook_9 []Speed Run Games has released the latest patch for Grappling Hook, updating the action platformer to v1.05 and adding Twitter-integration to the game. Other changes include fixes to the Hook Devise, an edge of the map bug and memory leaks as well as improvements to the performance in the menu and the GUI of the launcher.

Additionally, The demo for Grappling Hook has received the update and is now available for download. The game itself can be purchased and downloaded as well.
