Sutained Notes – Indie Music Bundle Extends, Expands, Ends Soon

The header says it all. At the time of writing, that clock is ticking, and there’s only 16 hours left to put down $10 for a ridiculous 21 albums worth of chiptunes, remixes, official game soundtracks and general indie audible joy. The Indie Music Bundle is currently offering 10 albums in 320kbps format (plenty for most of us), if you pay $9.99 or less ($1 minimum), but the real magic happens when you breach that $10 barrier – oh, and a portion of the money is going to charity too.

Go above that number, and you get those 11 extra soundtracks, plus all your downloads get upgraded (optionally) to the audiophile-baiting FLAC lossless format, which is great for people with headphones that cost more than my video card. As of the past hour or two, they’ve thrown in an extra four albums over the previous lineup including more stuff by C418 and Hyperduck Soundworks such as the Bitejacker soundtrack, just in case you don’t have enough 16-bit zombies in your life already. As mentioned on the site, a portion of the takings also goes to Childs Play and the American Cancer Foundation. It’s a pretty impressive deal, and ending in just over 16 hours now, so move fast!
