We don’t normally discuss individual game sales here, but I’ve acquired a certain fondness for Antipole that I think everybody should have. As such, here it is: Antipole is having a special 1-day sale right now where you can get the game for $1.99 via Desura down from the usual, already cheap price of $4.99.

For those unfamiliar with Antipole’s gravitationally addictive gameplay here’s a brief description:

Arm yourself with the ability to reverse gravity in this action-packed side-scrolling adventure! With the power to flip the force of gravity, you can run on the ceiling, leap incredible distances, and even use gravity to vanquish your enemies! Try your skills at multiple difficulty levels and unlockable Challenges. Channel your inner speed-runner and find the fastest way through each level to beat their target times.

And yes, the game is 100% compatible with an Xbox 360 controller.

Anyway the game is tons of fun, it’s been developed by a great indie developer and it got reviewed fairly well by a bevy of gaming sites. If you’ve got some extra coin, I’d say check it out!
