Freeware Game Pick: Keyboard Drumset Fucking Werewolf

It’s been a while since we’ve seen anything from prolific Swedish weirdo Cactus, but as of today he’s back and in fine form with Keyboard Drumset Fucking Werewolf. Teaming up with the almost equally demented band Fucking Werewolf ASSO, this is what would happen if you took the concept of I MAED A GAME WITH ZOMBIES IN IT!!!11 and filtered it through Cactus’ perpetually psychedelic mindspace.

The result? An interactive music video (complete with constant on-screen lyrics), charting the rise and fall of an Eskimo Werewolf on his quest to rock out and destroy everything in his path through several genres of gameplay in the space of a single synth-pop-punk-rock song. Simple controls on this one – arrow keys, Z and X – but your goals and how you interact with the game shift every 30 seconds or so. Be prepared to do a lot of button mashing. Apparently Wolfing Out requires a little bit of Track & Field skill.

Keyboard Drumset Fucking Werewolf (I will never get tired of typing that title) is available via the link below, at around an 11mb download for PC or Mac. Rock out.
