I’ve boasted about the innovation of Ant Hive Games’ iOS title before, and now that it’s free, anyone who has an iPad is in for a treat! The gameplay in The Line HD revolves around drawing and erasing lines from the environment to find the character safe passage. Players can use fire and ice spells to speed up or come to a freezing halt as well as catapults and bumpers to shoot over and around danger.

There are 160 levels filled with logic puzzles with hazards such as electrical beams, burning coils, acid droppers, angry slugs, explosive mines, and the dreaded (but in my opinion adorably awesome) line shark.

The game will be available until 11am Pacific Standard Time/7pm UK time tomorrow.
