By now, this late on any given Thursday, we usually have a few previews up of the latest and greatest Xbox Live Indie Games published. It’s something we’ve done almost every Thursday since this past summer. Today, however, just wasn’t meant to be for the series.

While we certainly aren’t ending the series (it’s far too much fun), I do apologize for the need to take today off. As you can see it wasn’t just XBLIG Thursday that took the day off, but posting in general has been far below our usual output for the day as many of us were simply caught with other responsibilities. It was almost an unusual confluence of events that has seemingly struck all of us and prevented us from attending our normal DIY duties.

Things should be back to relative normality by tomorrow and certainly by Monday we’ll be back in full swing. Until then, please accept my apologies for not doling out your usual indie gaming goodness and please enjoy the picture of the sad puppy above as a small token of our everlasting appreciation for your company.
