Back in December 2009, Croteam spilled the beans on the development of a third, completely new Serious Sam title, but with the release of the first two HD updated episodes we haven’t heard a ton on it since.

Now, a couple of tweets from Devolver Digital regarding the new title have reinvigorated our spirits-along with a couple other parts of our make-up apparently:

CONFIRMED: the new and redesigned enemies of Serious Sam 3 will give you a boner and heart attack at the same time…Hope to turn this Serious Sam 3 footage into a teaser trailer. Pretty rad, can’t wait to share with everyone!

I can’t imagine how it feels to go through a life-threatening attack on the ol’ ticker while sporting an erection, (really, I can’t) but I have to believe it’s a unique feeling that only a crazy ass FPS could possibly duplicate. Remember, if your heart-attack boner lasts for over four hours contact a doctor immediately.
