We’re going to try something new as I’m getting sick and tired of missing some of the gems lying in the seemingly endless desert of the Xbox Live Indie Games channel. Since devs can’t control when their game is exactly released, sometimes a really wonderful game will drift out of our reach because we never knew it was available to us in the first place. Our XBLIG Thursday features do a lot to work against this, but even then we can only run through so much of the list on a weekly basis (just last week 25 offerings saw release.)

In an attempt to remedy the issue, we’ll be listing out the titles that have been given release on the channel for the day, every single night…as consistently as we possibly can swing it. Anything goes except apps or other offerings that lack legitimate gameplay. If I perceive it to be a game it’ll be here. That way you can take a closer look (or more likely just a look) and in the end make a more conscious decision on whether or not to pay a game your attention and/or money.

XBLIG Releases for July 19, 2010
