Sorry, maybe I should have been clearer when I wrote those quotes. What I meant was that it plays like most other Action RPGs that are similar like Diablo and Titan's Quest. That being, the basic control scheme, viewpoint, and loot scheme are all standard.

I'm not sure I agree with "Din’s Curse is not an extraordinary game." or "Din’s Curse is a typical fantasy action-RPG." I don't mean to nit-pick your choice of words but they are somewhat misleading.

There aren't any other Diablo-likes this with level of randomization and this many class combinations. The dynamic events, random quest generation, varied multiclassing, environment interaction, and real consequences are all atypical in action RPG's.

The only thing typical about it is that it uses traditional swords & sorcery along with a Diablo inspired loot progression and some standard quest indicators.

One other thing, the game supports LAN multiplayer. There are plenty of people playing the game in multiplayer just not online. It works great to. No lag, no disconnects, and any odd behavior encountered has been all cleaned up through beta. I bought the game for multiplayer and have not been disappointed. It might also be worth noting that the license agreement allows LAN multiplayer in a single household with one game copy. Its a pretty sweet deal for those with roomates and family that game together.
