When Mark Pay released The Spirit Engine 2 as a follow up to 2003′s freeware Spirit Engine, he asked you to pay for the game. The side-scrolling RPG was never too expensive, but now the price is hard to beat. It’s available for zero dollars at CWF-Freeware.
The game took indie RPG of the year at Gametunnel, and my friend Pat Gann gave it a great review at RPGFan, so I don’t think you’ll be disappointed by the download.
If you play the game, love it, and still want to support the developer, the game is still available for purchase from BMT Micro and Impulse.
