‘Twin Blades: The Reaping Vanguard’ Coming to XBLIG

While French developers’ Press Start Studio’s Twin Blades hit the iPhone/iPod Touch not too long ago, the studio is already planning another release. Perhaps the most exciting detail is that the upcoming release will be on the XBOX Live Indie Games channel. Twin Blades: The Reaping Vanguard brings the same manga-inspired zombie-filled universe to the 360. Available for only 240 Microsoft Points ($3), players will take on the role of a scythe-bearing nun who is hell-bent on destroying zombies and freeing the town.
With 6 weapons–from machine guns to nukes–to choose from, you’re guaranteed your favorite method of exterminating the 7 types of undead. Track your challenges and high scores locally as you progress through the game. The XBLIG version seems to make certain improvements on the original iPhone title.
