Oops! Looks like we are gonna have to scratch one off our “Top Ten Break Out Indie Games of 2010” as it would appear Emberwind is getting a release just within 2009… December 8th actually. Just a mere week away.
For those that don’t recall, Emberwind is an action platformer set in a medieval fantasy world. You play as a Gnome named Kindle Elderwood whose job it is to save the city from a rampaging horde of gremlins… the arch-nemesis of gnomes. Well, the game doesn’t actually say that last part, but it makes sense nonetheless. Both are small, stout, and awkward. It’s a rivalry born and bred into their creation! Probably…
Anyways, the game is getting released on December 8th for $12. Any takers?
Trailer and press release after the break!
