Child’s Play: Duum Mashine [Freeware]

December 15, 2009 | Erik Johnson

DuumDavid Scatliffe’s Duum Mashine is no ordinary arcade shooter. You control a laser weapon drawn by a kid for his school assignment which gets its power from sunlight.

Every time you activate the lasers a gauge at the top of the screen will start to  run out in a hurry, but your rig can recharge its batteries by collecting energy from direct exposure to Big Yellow. The game features an online high score submission feature for you pros.

Duum Mashine weighs in at just over 5 MB and can be downloaded here.
