Clover Gets Some Added Polish; Voice Acting

CloverAccording to Binary Tweed’s development blog, the long awaited PC version of Clover — Clover: A Curious Tale — will be getting some added polish, full voice acting, and… a font change?

First let’s tackle the normal stuff –  the added polish and voice acting. As one would expect with any revamped title there will be plenty of subtle changes to make the overall experience of the game more enhanced. For example, now when youa re speaking with somebody there will be an animated talking head in the chat box. Likewise, for those of you who despise reading, you’ll be able to fully enjoy the game with complete voice acting. This means every man, woman, and sprite child will have a true voice.

Also listed within the improvements is a font change. This is actually kind of confusing for me, but it appears it’s actually a fairly major deal. When I played the game I never had any problem with the font. It was a little light, but other than that I don’t think I paid more than two seconds to the font before just reading what it said. Anyways, according to the developer the font is no longer ugly and is much more readable. So for you font enthusiasts out there, rejoice… because you’ve seemingly won this battle.
