Developer Psyonix has announced via press release that it’s PSN vehicle combat title Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars will run for only $4.99, 50% off the standard price, for the next two weeks in celebration of the game’s first anniversary.

“October marks the one-year launch anniversary of Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars – our first self-published title – and we feel like having a party,” said Dave Hagewood, Director of Development for Psyonix. “So we decided to give back to PlayStation 3 owners by giving those who have been missing out on the fun some added incentive to join the Battle-Cars community.”
