“SquareLogic” Out for PC, Puzzle Lovers Rejoice

squarelogicTexan developer TrueThought LLC makes its debut to the industry with Everyday Genius: SquareLogic, a puzzle game that’s said to offer potentially over 5000 hours of gameplay. The title was born from the ever-popular Sudoku genre, with up to 20,000 boards each with unique puzzle play. Ultimately, this sounds like a puzzle-lover’s wet dream.

Offering up to 18 varieties and six different sizes, the game promises a challenge but at the same time offers help to the player by supplying each square’s available answers. “By introducing hidden cages, double boards, comparisons, sequences and a host of other advancements, we’ve taken the numeric puzzle to a place beyond anywhere it’s been before. We’re supplying players with thousands of puzzles, and in a wide range of difficulty, so that they can really customize their experience and play the types of SquareLogic puzzles they find they enjoy most.” said TrueThought founder Ken Harward.

Shocking, really, that the creators of the game care about the players instead of “Hey shoot this and give me money!” You can find the game on Steam for $19.99 $14.99 and for $19.99 on MumboJumbo. It will hit retailers some time in February of 2010.
