Help Fund this Indievania with just $5!

LiferaftNow go along with me on this, but usually, the way one would normally support an indie game is to buy it AFTER it gets released, right? Not quite so with Liferaft. The developers at Intuition Games, a fairly well known indie developer, has decided to post their newest project at Kickstarter in order to help fund the project a little bit. In fact, if they don’t get $5000 by November 8th we may never see this game come to fruition. Which would be a shame because that grappling system looks like tonnes of fun!

Here are the details: the developers are asking for a mere $5 per person. Which basically amounts to 1000 people. Doing so will automatically net you the game when it gets released. However, for those of you who wish to donate a little bit more (and there have already been a few) you can get other prizes.

At $15 you get the game and the original soundtrack.

At $35 you get the game, and soundtrack SIGNED.

At $75 you get the game, signed soundtrack, and a fully sized colored poster of the episode 1 map.

At $100 you get the game, signed soundtrack, poster, and a very special thanks in the end credits.

At $250 you get the game, signed soundtrack, poster, special thanks and a named character in the world after you including one line of dialog.

So, as you can see, you’re getting some really cool stuff if you donate. I know I’m down for at least $5… although that poster is mighty tempting. I just wish I knew what it looked like before I plopped down my hard earned cash.
